Funeral Officer Down
Just came across this. A local officer escorting a funeral collided with an SUV. The officer layed it down and flipped the SUV. There's a video link on the following link.

Because clearly he wanted to abuse his powers as a Police Officer. -- Sarcasm off
He was probably the only Officer for the procession and was responsible for clearing the intersections. He was trying to get back up to the front after holding traffic for the procession so he could clear the next intersection.
