Default Street glide special or Road glide special?

Got a round the town Harley.
Planning on 18in. Apes, 21, 23, 25in. Front wheel on new bike
What size wheel is too big for road trips, and what Bike, Street or Road and I will be happiest with?
THANKS!!
Albert

Wrong section, it's confusing because of the use of Street in model names for two very different bikes. You want to post in the Touring sub forum.

This is why I use the term XG750 and XG750A.
