Here’s a legit question, not a challenge. I busted (installed) a lot of tires and fixed a lot of flats as a tire buster at Sears Auto Center two or three lifetimes ago as a teen.
The conventional wisdom back in the day was that, generally speaking of course, tubed tires had blow outs, but tubeless tires generally didn’t. They’d get flats of course, but not all at once unless you hit something big.
Has that changed?

Doh. Thanks. That was a stupid question on my part. My last bike with spokes was brand new ’74 rice burner and I just didn’t think about it.

No problemo, bud, I actually saw a vid somewhere where a guy used some kind of liquid sealer to seal all the spokes where they poke through the rim. But, I wonder how that would hold up over time.

Who knew you are supposed to check spokes? Actually tune them to the same “thonk, thonk” like a xylophone to keep every thing round, and not wound up in the chain. I sure didn’t.
