my bike not starting after i replaced the throttle cable

Yesterday i changed my throttle cable for that I loosen up the tank and disconnected the throttle sensor and connected it all properly now my bike didn't start not cranking just a tik tik sound.

Can you tell if that ticking sound is coming from your fuel pump? Listen at the side of the gas tank.
