I just purchased Street 500 H-D bar end mirrors and grips. I tightened the 4mm set screw as much as possible but still too loose to hold the mirror assembly in place . I doubled checked all the part numbers from the harley catalog and all looks good. Handlebars are stock . Has anyone experienced this ? Thank you

 

Check that you have used the correct size internal clamp and that the M5 nut on the end of the screw hasn't come off.
