I have found them on amazon however, it is cheaper to buy a whole new trailer from Harbor freight. they have some soft sided boxex on amazon but don't know how they would fair when it gets very wet. I'm purchasing the HF trailer myself and will probably rum the box that comes with it for a while them build a box that will handle a little more capacity. 16.6 cf isn't much but better that the bags on the bike. would like to build and replace with about a 20cf. box.

Hey All,
Local Sunday had 25% off coupon and HF, had them $100 off the $450 price without coupons. Net-net with tax $283
Saved $1300 over the aluminum model I've been searching. Ain't the prettiest thing on the road, but that $1300 savings pays for two of my week long rides this year.
Just thought I'd let folks know...

I've put 10k miles on a HF Tag-a-long. Other than the lights, you can't go wrong.
No need to weld, it comes welded.
No need to flip the tongue, it comes the proper length.
The grease that comes in the bearings is like Vaseline, wash it out and grease with good bearing grease.
Keep an eye on tire pressure.
The only negative I can think of is that it has a capacity that would make it possible to load more weight than you can safely stop with. Keep that in mind when loading.
I end up hauling more friends stuff than I do my own stuff.

I have the Tag A Long trailer also. I bought mine a couple of years ago and got the upgraded LED light kit at the same time. With a 20% off coupon, total was $380. Just bought my SG so haven't pulled the trailer with it yet. I did pull the trailer for 2 years behind my V Star 1100 without any problems. Other mods I did was to remove the helper leaf spring, change bearing grease and put a piece of hose on the leaf spring bolts to help with rattling. Another trick I found was to only run about 25psi in the tires which also helps minimize the trailer bouncing.
