I bought one of these this year, used...

great trailer, light weight, they make larger for two bikes....
I also have a 7X14 Homesteader enclosed trailer I might sell, had it for the trike which I sold....
still, I think you vehicle may be too small...for any trailer

Years ago I pulled a kawasaki 650 4 cylinder on a snowmobile trailer with lots of stuff like luggage and a cooler on it with an 80 pinto to Arkansas from Michigan ... Oh ya and back
I still dont know why i didnt kill that car... Hell now ive got a 2005 Chevy Colorado 4x4 pickup with the 5 cylinder in it and I sure wish id have kept my old zr2 with the 4.3 for towing.. Buy a nice 4 door pickup and tow your bike with that . Get a full size too dont **** yourself and buy a small pickup like I did.

Towing a bike trailer with a mini-van
The money you'll save on repairs will go a long way towards a down payment! A four door 1/2 Ton (w/towing package) should do you nicely.

Personally, this is what I would do. I would ride one of the bikes to the place that sells the trailers. I would use them side by side for the comparison. You can fit the bikes side by side, but I would install three caulks, this way the middle caulk is not used when pulling two bikes, while the two outer caulks are not used when pulling one bike. I got a 4 x 12 trailer to pull my ultra classic on, but since I only have one bike, it is straight forward. With that said, I would like to say, the only reason I have a trailer, is because the last time we had a hurricane, I had to leave the bike behind. That will not happen again, I promise you. You also might want to look into getting a bigger truck as well. I had a friend try to pull a big camper with a van, and he messed up the transmission. Just a side note.

Thanks for all the ideas.
I just need to trailer one bike in the near future, but I am sure there may be some times that I would want to trailer two.
Taking the bike on this trip is not necessary. I know that I would be able to rent where I am going.
I know I need a new truck to do the right job. I did have an F-150 supercrew. It killed me in gas and was more truck than I needed at that time. Sorry I got rid of it.
You would not recommend a mid size 5cyl like the Colorado or Canyon two tow two bikes in an enclosed trailer?
