Opinions needed Texas Sidecar

yes
I rode from North Carolina to their shop in texas before I bought one. The owner is a great guy. I liked the operation but did not test ride the sidecar. I was looking at the price/adaptibility. That part was great. However I ordered the two seater and when I installed it on my softail (which I have used with another sidecar) the bike was almost uncontrollable. Not sure why. It worked okay on my dresser but that made a very large ride. I ended up just selling it.

I bought a spyder sidecar from Motorvation Engineering in Sibley Iowa. It's being built as I write this. I'm riding my 09 Deluxe up there as soon as the snow melts to have it installed. I checked out 3 side car makers in the states (one in Texas, one in Washington State, and Motorvation) before I decided on Motorvation (http://www.motorvation.com/). I too chose Motorvation because they hid all of the frame and subframe material inside the fiberglass. I also thought the spyder looked classic. They are installing/balancing the side car and installing a steering dampner (so I don't get the wooble a previous post spoke of).
If I was you, I'd google search for manufacturers of side cars and find one you're happy with. All I could find was three of them.
