Are you happy with TriGlide power

>in-partr> says when shes doing 65-70 in 6th she has to drop a gear to get around somebody
..you open it up and it takes its good old time winding up. Even 5th gear aint all that snappy...still a pretty good time to wind up.
....I know the weight difference etc...is the big factor but it is a slug even with the 103".

Unless she is going down hill, 65-70mph is to slow for 6th. gear! I would never dream of passing someone on a two lane without down shifting from 6th. gear!
The TG is not exactly going to snap your neck when you accelerate but it is far from being a slug when ridden properly!
As a die hard “Gear Head”, I maintain that you can NEVER have enough power regardless if it’s an Airplane, Boat, Car or Motorcycle but that’s just me and I think that the TG’s power is adequate for what is designed to do but as someone else said the key word is “down shift” and I will add…”familiarize yourself with the power curve”!
