I recived a survey from the MC www. survery.net /trike could not get on it. Any other Harley TG owners get one in the mail? And able to get on the site.

 

No, never heard of this survey; however, about two months ago I received a 4 page questionnaire from some California based company commissioned to conduct a satisfaction survey for Harley. I would say that 90% of the questions pertained to my satisfaction with the selling dealer; to which I checked extremely dissatisfied to most of those questions.

You would like to think that someone at H.D would be so concerned that a customer was disappointed with one of their dealer’s performance that they would follow up… but not so far!

 

Jim this is from Julie Chichlowski. Director,Trike Platform. Harley Davidson Moter Company. The Questions Were do you ride? Howmany miles have you ridden? How fast do you ride in the rain? Have you modified your bike in any way? Then the letter goes on to read Please take a few minutes to go on line to complete a brief survy by August 31 Go to the website below. www.surveyzone.net/trike. With a password. Can't get on. the letter is dated July 17,2009. Any one else get this letter?

 

I also received the survey and I was able to get onto the site. I did not complete the survey as of yet.

Your not Butting in my UNION BROTHER. I all ways wanted one. Sold my gun collection traded my 07 883L Borrowed on my House. Im Getting old and sick. Can't take it with me. Dident do a lot of the things I wanted to do when my Daughters were growing up. They came first. Now they make real good money more then I ever did. Got good educations. I never spent that kinda doe on any thing except my house. It's my time what ever I got left. My health ain't as good as it was , High BP High blood suger clogged coratic artery. Compressed disc in my neck making my right arm weak uvites in my right eye . Going get a shot in the spine on Thursday hope it works. The Tri Glide brings me joy when I have a good day to ride her THANK YOU GOD AND HARLEY DAVIDSON for letting me get one. I still got my fxd and my 06 1200C im going sell em when I feel the time is right. life is short enjoy it best you can.

 

I'm planning on trading my Electra Glide in for a TG next year.

 

Carlo, I have not received the survey you are referring to. Was there any expiation as to the reason for this survey or how the information gleaned from it will be used? Will the information be shared or sold to a third party? Maybe I’m being overly suspicious but without knowing the motive for these questions; I would be reluctant to answer such questions as: “how fast do you ride in the rain” or “have you modified your bike in anyway”!
