Good to know and happy to hear I can get for a Sporty. I am dropping my bike off today to get my new hack installed next week (I opted for a Velorex 563T as my first hack (1/2 the price of a custom car like your awesome Liberty or a Motorvation Spyder <drool for both>!!!... I plan to hold off on any other bike mods 'til I get some seat/practice time.

Good for you Beth, get the hack done and start enjoying it. Plenty of time to add all kinds of things to it, if you want. It may end up being perfect for you just the way it is. And thats what counts the most.
Of all the mods you could do the raked trees are probably the best as far making three wheelers easier to ride. But by no means absolutly necessary. Don't forget to post some pics when its done, be careful, take your time on those first rides.......and enjoy.

I put 4000 miles on my bike last year without the EZ steer. I had it installed on my new bike after reading about all the benefits. I agree Abnmarine, 1Sportytrike, the ride is much more responsive and turning on a dime is a breeze. My arms are not tired at the end of the ride.

I've been looking at the California Side Car trike and it comes with an 8 degree rake...test rode one and it was very easy to steer....
