cheap "trike" kit for sporty
anybody use these at all
http://www.saferwholesale.com/Outlaw...y-trikekit.htm
Looks like a knock off of a voyager kit--
looking for feedback--
considering it for my 2008 sporty for the wife-- until we can afford?? most likely a triglide

That is a alternative, I would do some research on them and the kit for bad reviews.

Looks like to me it is nothing more then a set of training wheels. I know some that have run them and if you run on a dirt drive, gravel or what ever many times the drive wheel will dig a hole the training wheels keep the bike from going down to get traction and you have to get off and pus. Keep in mind you get what you pay for.
Best of luck.

Because of some health issues I got my wife a voyager kit for her sportster 883/1200. There's times when I like it and times when I don't. I have ridden it a couple hundred miles in a day and out on the interstate it's nice to have. In a driving rain the bike is rock solid stable. I don't much like it around town. It feels weird in turns. This thing look kind of like the Voyager except I'm not sure about the suspension. If it keeps the back tire from making good contact with the road it will create some less than fun situations. The Voyager kit mounts to a plate under the center of the frame and pivots some from there.
This is an old picture. The bike now has a batwing fairing, radio, hard bags, etc.. But, you get the idea.
