Can I put led light on the trailer with no adapters ?

I'm not sure if you're referring to a trailer you pull with your bike, or a trailer you put your bike on. But, I switched all my trailer (behind car) lights to LED with no problem. I'm guessing that the other lights on the same circuit provided the resistance needed to operate properly.

Leave the license plate light incondescet and you will have no problems.
