OK, so I've got the new fork mounted up, I built the new front wheel, and was about to true it then I thought of making sure my old brake rotor and caliper would work with the new front wheel and fork. They line up fine side to side, but the rotor is too tall and is scraping against the inside/top of the brake caliper.
I looked on the web and it seems that the dyna rotor is 11.8 inches in diameter, while the heritage rotor is 11.5".
I'm about to order a new rotor or look for a used one from ebay, but before I do that, are there any other surprises as far as the brake? Or will a 11.5" heritage rotor fix the problem?
Thanks in advance.
