Thinking of going into Minnesota from LaCrosse Wisconsin. Any suggestions on good roads, places to visit, places to eat etc.

 

It takes about 10 seconds to go from LaCrosse to the Minn.!! Dang ain't ya tired now?? Head south to Iowa ! They got a whang in their voice! Be hard to understand! Ride the river ! Foods good anywhere ya wanna stop! Lansing ! See 3 states from the top of MT. Housmer! Trout streams and such! 17 miles west to Waukon ...... birthplace of .....................ME!!!!!:icon_toas t: H/D shop! South to McGregor, cross the river to Praire Doo! , Cabela's! Are we having fun yet???

 

Nice road along the Mississippi River!

 

Ride up HWY 35 to Harbor and then cross into Red wing. Plenty of nice places to eat and see on the way. Then ride down the MN side Hwy 61 on the way home. Same goes there on the sights and food stops. Otherwise, as mentioned above, the ride south ain't bad either.

Or if you're ambitious, you can ride to Rochester this weekend(Sunday) and ride the Ronald McDonald House "The Cruise" with me and about 1,200 other riders.

 

Screw Minnesota. This state sucks and all the bikers here are ********. I miss Wisconsin. If I were you I'd just cruise around east of La Crosse - the roads in that area are some of the best in the midwest.
