Another+ for Knuckleheads, great Jamaican jerk wings. Skinny's outside of Lake Geneva has good grub also. Can't forget Harpoon Willie's in Williams bay.

Since we're now talking Wisconsin, you've gotta go to New Glarus. The hotel downtown has phenominal Swiss food

 

Had to cut the last one short. Heading west from downtown New Glarus, there's 2 highways that will take you up to US18, the curves and rolling hills also make you feel like you're in Switzerland. Especially after all that local fresh cheese you had at the hotel! I recommend the appetizer sampler, cheese baked into everything.
