RE: Anyone living in Indianapolis?
My mom and dad divorced when I was 5. Never seen him again. mom remarried very soon after and changed our names. I spent years looking for him. When I was a policeman I asked her to give me some information, like ss number, birthdate, something. She said she didn't know anything. That was 1980. Forward to 1994 and I am going through her garage and find tax papers from 1958. BINGO, now I have his ss number. Found out he died in 1992. I was to say the least very pissed at my mom. I did find out I had a half brother. His name is Jack Allen Smith II, not Jr. but II. I found out he got married the first time in 1974 to Sharon Weber, then in 1978 to Darlena Wilkerson, then again in 1885 to Judith Phillips. I can't find a phone number or nothing.

RE: Anyone living in Indianapolis?
My dad was the chief of police in Carmel in the late 50's. I actually talked to his wife he had when he died, but she told me she never told her about me and my 2 brothers. I asked her to tell Jack II to call me, she said she would. No call. I don't think she told him. I told her I was not looking for any money. Just wanted to know how my dad lived out his last years and talk to my half brother. That was in 1994. Since then my oldest brother has passed (last month) and I feel this erge to try and find him again.

RE: Anyone living in Indianapolis?
The way I look at it, if he was first married in 74, then he had to be at least 18, so that would out him at around 52-55, some where in there. I also did not get a chance to get in the attic last night, had some "unexpected" guest, I hate that when that happens.......lol
