I know we are not suppose to post dirty 4 letter words here but the "snow" has finally arrived in Southeast Michigan. So much for having a nice long 4 day weekend. It is suppose to get up to 40 on Saturday. Maybe I can sneak in a ride if the salt trucks don't get to crazy.

 

I plan on riding on Sunday. 44 and partly cloudy. keep the fingers crossed

 

You swore twice: snow and salt. About where are you? I'm in Bloomfield.

Hope to get some rides in before the salt flies (there's that bad word again).

The end, of riding season that is. Salt trucks were out around here early this morning - saw a layer on the wet roads when I went to get some more celery for dinner. Hopefully, with warmer (not freezing) weather, some rain, and some sunshine, I too can get some more rides in. Sure don't like to put the bike away so soon -- remember how warm is was last year?

Hey Fly, I'm just acouple miles north of you(Waterford). I haven't seen the evil orange trucks, yet... Hoping for the best, planning on the worst. Happy Thanksgiving to all my Michigan brothers and sisters, and may we get to ride soon, real soon. And I do remember how warm it was last year, hoping for a repeat this year.

Can we all ask for Indian summer -- seems we didn't have one, so it is only right we get one. I'll need one last ride to get the oil warm to drain it for winterizing the bike. Hope for one or two warm days to ride then wash the bike.
