We have the Miracle Ride poker run schuduled for June 2 & 3, 2007 coming up here in Indianapolis, IN. The Miracle Ride is a charity ride for the Riley Children's Hospital. You cancheck-out the event details here....

I thought it might be a good opportunity for us IN, IL, MI, KY, and OH riders to gather up for a greet (or bash).

The first day involves all of the poker runs, which includes many routes throughout the state. The second day allows you to ride your bike around the Indianapolis Motor Speedway - that's what I'm looking forward to (and I've lived here for over 36 years).

Is anybody interested? Is anybody good at organizing these types of greets?

 

Sean & I will be there! We do the miracle ride every year. This year we are taking our kids with us. It is an incredible ride and brings me to tears every year. I actually started collecting pledges from my office about two weeks ago. It is an awesome cause and when you see those kids outside of the hospital as you ride by you know you are a part of a wonderful cause!

We will be camping and partying some on the 1st and 2nd at Lake Monroe Village which is about 10 min away from Bloomington HD. We will be taking a ride on Saturday around the southern part of the state through the twisties and then on a scenic tour to wind down. We will also be meeting at Bloomington HD on Saturday morning to meet a few folks who are just coming down for the ride, and to make our sizeable donation to Riley. Swing by if you're in the area.
