Default Direct Harley parts experience

I have been looking for best price on some new Vance and Hines black power duals. Checked eBay, dealers, etc and these guys have great price on them and free shipping. Any of you dealt with them- good or bad feedback appreciated. They have them listed foe almost 120 off retail. Interestingly enough, Dennis Kirk has a decent price too compared to eBay vendors

I tried ordering a set of Truck Lite 4 inch Led lights from them online 2 weeks ago...after 3 unanswered e-mails and 2 phone calls promising me a proper invoice and shipping number... I e-mailed them this morning and cancelled my order....good prices maybe but customer service pathetic....I would rather pay a bit more and deal with someone who appreciates my business... that's my experience with them....

I also experienced poor customer service from DHP. Great prices , just real slow answering emails, providing tracking...

I've used DHP in the past and have been satisfied. I used J&P Cycles for years, however, their pricing is usually full retail and their shipping has become agonizingly S_L_O_W. Dennis Kirk gets most all my business now for the reasons others have posted.

I have had great dealings with http://www.cyclepartsforless.com/ have not tried the other 2 vendors, DK was a little higher on a few parts, I think (Cycle parts for less) is great on the OEM parts
