I was going to buy a superbrace for my 09 Fat Bob last Feb during the group buy but saw all the troubles members were having so I put it off. When they offered another group buy in Oct. I thought superbrace would be better prepared. Gave them a call on 10/27 and was told the brace was in stock and will be shipped the next day. Credit card was charged on 10/28. Two weeks later I give them a call and was told they are still in production and should ship out by end of week and I will have the brace by the 17-18th of Nov. Well I gave them a call yesterday (10/23)and was told they do not know what happened to my order. They have to research with UPS. I asked when it was shipped and they could not tell me. "We are researching your order and will call you tomorrow". Makes one wonder why the company comes to this group and makes an offer that they can not follow thru with, twice.

 

thats pretty beat man hope they do right and take care of it. You know if your the only one with this problem this time around?

That sucks! I'd want my money back. Check out Custom Cycle Engineering. Top quality and probably not too much more money.

 

I have not seen any posts with problems this time around but their could be. I have not had the time to check other model forums where superbrace does their group buys. Does not help me though. By the time I get the brace the weather here in NY will be too cold to give it a good test ride.

 

Cancel your order. If the bill comes before your order is found, dispute the charge with your credit card vendor.

Any reliable vendor will immediately email you the UPS or FEDEX tracking number upon shipment of the product(s) - this way you can track it from point to point. I wouldn't do businesess with these guys. If a company cannot provide customer service, then I will do without their product or services.

 

I checked out custom cycle...about $75 more and they do not have option of milling flames on the brace which Superbrace has. Thanks for the info though

 

Ouch.. sorry to hear that. I had a very good experience with them. I ordered mine on a Monday and had it by Wednesday. Sucks to hear about your mishap.

 

I got mine right away. Sorry about your misfortune.
