Bought an RKC seat from him and he discovered a minor issue (missing seat tab) with the seat. PRIMO did the right thing and gave me full disclosure, offering a full refund for the seat.

He patiently answered all my questions, making sure that I will be satisifed with the purchase EVEN before the deal was done. At no extra cost to me, he upgraded the shipping so that I got the seat the very next day after I sent payment.

The seat was already ridiculously bargain priced to begin with and after the extra $$ he forked for next-day shipping, he pretty much gave the seat away.
