Andre Holland that lives in Villa Rica, Georgia. I sent him a set of Reinhart slip-ons for his bike back in October of 2008. He kept telling me the payment was on the way. I just got an e-mail back from him telling me that he was finally going to pay me this last weekend and guess what still no money. (Shocker)
I sent him the pipes to his house and I even paid for the shipping with the intent that the check was on the way to me for payment. I even gave him a great deal $150 for the pipes + shipping for a total of $200. He has been giving me some sob excuse that he has been going through a lot a crap and that his wife would post payment to paypal well ANDRE HOLLAND WTF!!!! It's only been 5 months you truly are a piece of work. By the way I have contacted my local authorities and you should be hearing from your local authorities shortly. I almost hope you don't pay so you can be someone's b!tch.
