+1. I live in PA and read a few good reviews on them. I called a few weeks ago looking for a part that my local dealership couldn't help with. Eric in parts couldn't find a part number and took my name/number, called Harley Davidson first thing Monday morning and called me back immediately. He told me that I could order through him and also gave me the part numbers to take to another dealer if I needed it sooner. They definitely won my business!

have ordered from them a few times. their communication is average and customer service is ok. but, im not picky either! all in all, the order always comes, they usually wait til the order is complete to ship, which i dont like. but, their prices are exceptional, and theres never an issue with their indestructible packaging! i wouldn't "enthusiastically" recommend them, but i would recommend em.

now, as far as mail order companies go, eastern performance is exceptional!!
