we need to go back to the ways of old. Customer Service stood for something, people kept their word, and when you felt wronged by a vendor, they busted their azz to make it right.

100% ratings don't mean squat to me. I rate the sellers as I see fit. If they don't like it, screw 'em! I can always but my crap from somebody else. I've been burned before on e-bay, and I refuse to get burnt any more.
