Occasionally they MIGHT fall out but I can usually fit my hand up the side of my helmet and jam them back in while I am riding if they do... but that is rare that they fall out anyway. You can buy flat round speakers that permanently mount in your helmet as well... you might wanna take a look at getting something like that.

I don't use a helmet so guess the ipod is out of the picture......maybe i could use some duct tape

What about a tight beanie on your head to hold them in or a girl with big juggies pillion to hold them in for ya? There are plenty of ways to go me thinks

My .02 for what its worth. My neighbor uses an ipod and just puts a
bandana around his head covering his ears.I ask and he says no complains.
