Default tour pak usb hookup

Need some help with getting usb or 12 volt power to my tour pak for charging phone or ipad. Thanks in advance for your help.

There is a 12 volt outlet kit sold by HD tht is relatively easy to install then you just get a USB outlet adapter that plugs into the outlet. The HD kit is 'keyed power" . It only provides power with the switch in the on or acc position. Just change where the harness get's it's power source from ( a connector under the seat near the battery to a "hot all the time" source.

Default USB charging point for Tour Pak

I use the TAPP-HD, see link, mounted in the tour pak, which is set up as detachable. They have a direct to battery style if that is preferred.

Pluged into the AUX switch with a splitter from HD so I can still use other items on the switch.
