Hey guys and possible gals my wife has a 2008 flstci and ever now and then her starter kicks out. Now I have taken the starter out and sent it to a shop to have repaired, but it still does it. If she just hits the button for a split second then hits the starter it works just fine. I was told that there is a retro fit for this problem so has anybody heard of this........thanks.........two-dogs

 

Did they install a new starter clutch in that?

 

Yep I thought for sure that would take care of it. He told me they had a remedy for it and was hoping someone has done the repair.
