FLSTC Leans Left on Motorcycle Lift?
I have a Larin motorcycle lift. This is the one Sam's Club used to sell for $99.
I just put my '01 FLSTC on it. It looks like the bike leans several degrees to the left while resting on the lift. It appears to be very steady, but it gives me the creeps.
Is this normal? Should I expect this thing to roll off and kill me? It looks like the stand itself is made this way. The rails that hold the bike are slightly lower on the left side.
I was planning to take the front wheel off so I could clean corrosion off the aluminum forks.

Thats a feature, not a bug.
Mine does that too...its a Sears I think. Red anyway.
When up on the lift, it leans a bit to the sidestand side.
Think about that. ...

As the bike comes down and begins to rest on the tires, it naturally tilts toward the sidestand (if you slid it under from the oil fill side.)
If the jack were to bleed down overnight, you'd find your bike on it's sidestand.
I think It's a feature anyway.
