Can anyone guide me to A step by step instruction to assemble latches on a set of hard bags? Looked everywhere. I bought them used and they came with all the hardware in a bag.

If you go to Ronnies HD Microfiche website you can see an exploded diagram, which may halp. It shows the parts in the order they are assembled.
