Default Pro Pad Mini Beast horn it sound like a drowning beast!

Took my 08 Roadking out for a ride the other day and had to use my horn for a texting driver...sigh.

When I got on my Pro Pad Mini Beast horn it sound like a drowning beast!

this is the first time I've had to use it in a long time and friend suggested to add a couple drops of Machine Oil so I did. Now it sounds like the beast came up for air but not like it was the year I bought it. Only two years old, searching on the web for a maintenance forum unsuccessful I turn to you the veterans for any insight.

Thanks

Contact propad after checking all wires to the horn, to the relay and the battery connection.
