01 electraglide FI stage 1 ECM upgrade?

01 electraglide FI stage 1 ECM upgrade?
New harley owner here in need of advice.
I picked up a 2001 FLTCHI(magnetti marelli) which is completely stock with 23000 miles. I picked up a set of SE slipons and a Stage 1 big sucker AC. This is where I need some advice. When/if I install these components can I ride with the current ECM setting? Should I have dealer reprogram the stock ECM for these changes? Install a PC3 tuner? New HD service ECM? I been trying to read through the exsisting posts here but just can't piece together the best answer for my 01' MM FI system.

With the MM (Magnetti-Marelli) injection system I did the Stage 1 download from the dealer when I added exhaust and Big Sucker and still ran lean. Bought a PCIII and had it dyno'd and made a difference. I now have the BB 97" build in my signature and am now running the Cobra fuel controller ( fuel only, no timing changes) and it still runs cool.
