Default Kuryakyn Quality

Anyone have any experience with shoddy workmanship on these parts? I bought the chrome covers for my switch covers and master cylinder and the parts didn't fit well resulting in one breaking when I tightened it. One of the covers had the female threads so messed up it wouldn't let me tighten it.

I've has a couple of Kuryakyn parts. shoddy workmanship, bad design. I guess some people have had better luck, but I'll never buy something from them again.

I also got the switch covers and had the same trouble. I even broke a screw off trying to tighten them. I have bought alot from them in the past and everything has been top-notch till this. I ended up drilling and tapping and making them work with a little larger screw, but I am in the market for chrome controls.
