Default Outer Fairing Nylon Lock Nuts

I searched and searched but came up dry on the forum for this question. We're working on a 1992 Electra Glide Classic without a service manual (owner can't find it). I want to know what the torque values are (if any) for the 4 nylon lock nuts on the outer fairing that connect to the two (left and right) angled mounting brackets. When we removed the outer fairing, these lock nuts were not tight at all.

Thanks!
