Default Need Help - 2011 Street Glide with 2009 BUB Headers

I installed 2009 BUB Headers on my 2011 Street Glide and I'm having trouble getting the plastic engine cover back on without it hitting the headers. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do to make it fit?

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Same deal with mine, but after re-adjusting the rear header pipe/heat shield a bit I created space to get the Left side panel off w/less effort. Still tight, but works...just gotta rotate things a bit - good luck!

Also, watch your plug wires going into coil - I bought/installed race car heat boots for my plugs...gets pretty hot down there.
