Default VIN Number

Hi, I have '72 flh, with what I was told is a '92 evo engine. Most parts are '72 or close, however the frame is aftermarket, probably from the same era. I was wondering if anyone could me identify the frame and/or the motor. I have tried through the internet with no luck. Tha frame # is 12r1ca1046133**** The engine # is*blln03@@@@*. Thank You, Jimmy Come Lately

This link explains Harley VINs, from which it would seem neither of the numbers you have match. The frame # is 17 characters long, so matches the current format for those codes, so the frame is much later than 1972.

Might be worth posting in the Custom forum, to see if anyone in there can help.
