fatboy 2010 problems

hi there,i wonder if any of you fatboy 2010 owners out there have experienced the same problem as me, after a rideout today,turning into my driveway the bike suddenly lost response of the throttle and engine stalled,me and my wife ended up on the deck with the darn thing on top of us...

did it crank right back up?
i think I'd be looking at the crank position sensor
