I was wondering, any of you that have custom made sissy bars, where you ordered your sissy bar. I designed one in auto-cad thats 48 inches over the fender with someinteresting scroll work in it. I wonder if I could go to a local steel working place or something and have them make it for me?

Any ideas.

Oh and while we are at it I have an even more important question. Where do people attach a high sissy bar on a softail. I want that old school look of the bar coming down to the tail and not just connected to the strut. the size worries me. 48" off just a strut sounds kinda sketchy.
