OK, I sucked it up and bought an Air Zeppelin seat for my 03FLHTCUI. Looks great. Hooked it up to the accesory terminal and either I got a real fat, unsensitive butt, or the dang seat ain't pumping air like it should. Checked the fuse and connection. Anywhere else to look before I return the seat?

 

If you have an accessory switch that needs to be on.

Mine stopped working soon after installation; checked the connection and it was just a little loose. Tightened the connection and all is good.
