New spedo/Tach Combo

Harley's new catalog has a new spedo/tach combo in the spun aluminum face now. My question is, will it work on a 2003 RoadKing? It says it is a direct plug-in installation on'07 models but noting else. The part number is 74718-07. Thanks Jerry

Kury also has a plug and play digital spedo / tack J&P catalog has it listed.
