I'm a new member, so I apologize if this is a worn out topic

Is there any product to shorten the throttle turn? When I'm criusing along at 1/2 throttle and need to pin it, I have to let go of the grip and repostion to be able to turn to full throttle. Is there an aftermarket throttle tube that opens faster?

 

Update: I found this quick turn throttle on ebay which might help my situation.

Any advice by someone who has tried this or something similar (or even if you just think I'm crazy) would be appreciated.
