Default Help with signal module kit

I installed a turn signal module kit(91698-02) on my 2003 dyna fxdl. It worked o.k. For a while. Now, the turn signals act as brake lights but not as running lights.i bought a new module today, switched out the old one and the results are the same. Does anybody have any idea what's going on here? I'd appreciate any help. My e-mail is gunman526@aol.com
thanks

Default Mudule kit

Is this the kit that has your rear red turn signals light always ON? And so, like he said, does it act with the brake light too? or just as a running light? This is a winter mod for me, thanks for any feedback.
