Guys I give up, tried everything to squeeze this freaking clip to secure the footpeg but lost half of my nail and almost lost the tip of my finger, and now the the clip is lost somewhere in the house and still could not bend that f$$$$er in place!

How did you guys manage to accomplish such task?! What is the tool I need for this?

 

your local auto supply sells a tool to install and remove these.about 5-6 dollars.

They make them for inside and outside clips. Buy both. You won't be sorry.
