ORIGINAL: pingj

I DID IT. The bike went to auction again and had a high bid of 10,600. I got it for 11,500 wich was 100 over the high bid from the first time it went to auction. I think I should have gotten it for 10,700 but whose complaining. I got a great bike for 3-4 thou below going prices.

Now I just have to clean the garage so I have a place to keep it.

I post some picks after I take possesion and get it cleaned up.

Thanks for all you help!
CONGRATULATIONS!

Congrats! Besides the other great advice already given here, something else that could cause it to behave like you say is if there are any intake leaks between the carb and the heads. Good luck getting it sorted!

I guess I should have told you all, 30 buck for a set Screaming Eagle plugs and wires and a quick adjustment on the carb and she rumbles like she should.
