Default Looking for help identifying what I got!!

Had a ride built in 99 on a locally made custom softaill frame.. Due to some "complications" with my business the ride ended up in police seizure for about 7 years. after getting it back ( no charges laid ) the things leaking everywhere so my plan is to tear it apart and regasket everything. problem is I have no idea what year or era the engine or primary is so I can buy the proper gasket kits
Cases appear to be merch, jugs are standard evo 80, strong compression still.

primary coverhas 9 bolts, wet clutch, 3bolt derby cover, 4 bolt primary chain inspection plate, top and external mounted solenoid
5 speed tranny, front mounted oil filter and voltage regulator. I would post pix but apparently the pixs are to large outta my camara

Great.. my engine cases s/n is ESXXXX92 so I am assuming its a 92 evo engine.. Stamped on the front left is M/D in a weird font.
Next question.. running an older style primary and would like to change to a more current based on the 96 frame its in. Can I change the starter, inner and outer primary to a 96 wet system without rearranging too much?? The frame is a triple E frame out of red deer Alberta but they dont exist anymore but it appears to be based (copied) on a 96 softail frame. fxst I believe... tanx in advance
