bike refinance?

anyone have any info.currently at 10.99 apr would like lower rate.anyone have any suggestions,banks with a lower rate?

I have a home equity line of credit that is 1% over prime rate and adjusts automatically as rates go up and down. Plus the interest is tax deductable. I finance everything on it. No more of those stupid credit apps for me.
