Default Harley Spray Cleaner/polish PT # 99817-99

anyone know what's up with this stuff? Can't seem to find it anywhere locally (tristate area). The replacement part # 99817-99A is crap! The effort it takes to get this off my bike, I might as wellhand-wax it.

If you know of any dealerships or yourself that have it, I'll happily purchase 10 cans.
