Mine was still under extended warranty but that did no good, they wouldn't replace them until they went completely out. I just did them myself. I also used adjustable push rods but wished I just used the stock push rods.
Did the problem go away after replacing it? And will I have problems if I continue to use it this way?

I had the lifters replaced on my '19 Electra when they got really noisy at 28,000 miles on a trip.
We made it home and the dealer replaced them under my extended warranty.
It's not unusual with hydraulic lifters to rattle a few seconds on a cold start up but mine got to where it took a couple minutes for them to quiet down and they rattled like a cold start with a warm engine only just shut down for a few minutes.
Yours may be going bad the same way but as others have pointed out we need more to go on.

No, mine sound nothing like that. That sounds like you have a bad lifter or two.

To me it sounds more like the comp is rattling a little... Maybe toss a spacer under the spring stack..

All the maintenance has been done at a Harley dealer. 4,600 kilometers ago, I had the oil maintenance done at the Harley dealer, and after riding approximately 1,000 kilometers, I checked the oil and noticed that exactly one liter of oil was missing. Additionally, when I start my motorcycle cold on the jiffy stand, there is a rattling noise for about 20-30 seconds, which then gradually diminishes and disappears. When I start the engine while sitting on the motorcycle, the rattling noise lasts for about 5-6 seconds and then goes away. According to some of my research, the problem might be related to the oil pump or lifters, but when I look at the forums, opinions are divided. There are older Harley riders who say this rattling is normal, and younger ones who say to change the lifters. Even among those who say to change the lifters, opinions are split between those who say it solved the problem and those who say it didn't help. I would like to consult with people who have real knowledge or have experienced this issue.
i changed the oil and in the first try the rattling goes away, i will test it more time

With a mechanic stethoscope confirm the area of the engine that the noise is coming from... That's quite a bit of noise and would apparently, from your video, seem to indicate a lifter that's bleeding down and is having problems pumping up...
