They are typically G model Sericar tanks tho they might work on W models 45s.. The ones with the tank shifter on the right side is likely a police version of the either a G or W model..
Add:
The small tank is the oil tank and the bigger one is the fuel tank.

Red tank is 1947 and up, WL or Servi Car.
White tanks are much later, definitely Servi Car only, note petcock in lieu of fuel shut off valve and obviously the right hand shift.
Both are worth $500 to $850. Red set is the top end, white set bottom end. Good luck, put them on the Bay, they will sell.
