I always let the air down to about 35 psi. At full inflation running over a cigarette butt will bounce the trailer off the ground.

My buddy and I used two last year to haul our CVO’s on a two-week 8 State trip. Pulled mine off when we got to Wyoming and put it back on when we left Yellowstone to head back to So Cal, but the trailer did just fine. He had to use the trailer a bit more along the way, as he was with his family and the wife wanted him to spend some time with them on some of the drives.
